Seriously impressed with Snows for servicing. Pleasant waiting area, free coffee and WiFi, etc. But most impressive is the transparency. There's a window into the service area so you can watch the engineers at work if you wish; and having the engineer's video report texted to you while you wait for the car to have its courtesy wash is a real bonus!
We bought my wife's first car here. Chris Bayliss was really helpful. He helped us to find the best one, what we really need. He kept us updated about the delivery date almost every week. We are more than happy. If I could, I would give them 10 stars. :)
